In the framework of the annual "Riga Dialogue" conference, the Latvian Institute of International Affairs, in cooperation with Friedrich-Ebert- Stiftung, Nuclear Threat Initiative, European Leadership Network, and Russian International Affairs Council, invites you to the public debate: "Challenged and Changing Political Leadership in West-Russia Relations" which will take place on October 1 | 17:30-19:00 (EEST) | Wellton Riverside SPA Hotel, Riga.

The "Riga Dialogue" conference gathers high-level policy-makers and experts from the European Union, the United States, Russian Federation, and the neighboring countries aiming to discuss current challenges to Euro-Atlantic security and provide policy recommendations for building a more stable security environment.
The event is free of charge and will take place in English. Please note that in-person participation will be allowed only for COVID-19 certificate holders.
