The keynote speech will be given by Mr. Raimonds Vējonis, the President of the Republic of Latvia.

The discussion is organized by the Latvian Institute of International Affairs in a close cooperation with NATO Public Diplomacy Division, Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Riga, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung and the Embassy of Canada to Latvia.
